2-GETA is a new kind of joint account banking experience made for contemporary couples to collaborate and organize their finances with ease.
I was lead designer, responsible for guiding the team on the design process; discovery, Ideation, strategy and design for the for the client’s need to deliver a product that caters differently to a segment of their customers.

Research was not part of the design process, it happened separately and designers did not understand who they were designing for.

Formalize Prototyping and Testing process
Design a product that gives customers a wholesome view of their finances.
Provide customers with ways to collaborate efficiently in their finances.
04 Design
3 emerging value propositions were developed based on insights from research. These were broken down into concepts and features. User testing on select features and concepts was carried out, giving guidance to prioritization in development of the application.
