Esther is the Founder and CEO of Syllaki, a strategy and design consultancy delivering intelligent innovation, research and human-centered design for SMEs and portfolio companies across Africa. Her prior work spans strategy and design leadership at McKinsey & Company, Safaricom, Precision Neuroscopics, Antara Health and Doblin/Deloitte, with research engagements conducted across Latin America, Australia, Africa and the US.
She holds a Master of Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. In Graphic Design from Robert Morris University. Alongside her consulting practice, Esther maintains an independent multidisciplinary practice.
A multidisciplinary artist, She has exhibited in Nairobi, Atlanta, Pittsburgh and has featured in publications such as GMARO.
She has had art education through her education journey, and apprenticing under other established artists. She was the Barbara Molette Dramaturg Scholar 2023- 2024 under the Working Title Playwrights based in Atlanta.
Esther enjoys the great outdoors, learning new things and writing.
