The research was not part of the design process, it happened separately, and designers did not understand who they were designing for.

Design a product that gives customers a wholesome view of their finances.
Provide customers with ways to collaborate efficiently in their finances.
04 Design
3 emerging value propositions were developed based on insights from research. These were broken down into concepts and features. User testing on select features and concepts was carried out, giving guidance to prioritization in the development of the application.
